AI isn't a feature to bolt on — it's the next layer of the framework. Laravel deserves someone who's already been building that future, who understands the developer experience philosophy that makes Laravel Laravel, and who can bring that same magic to AI integration.
I created Prism because I saw the gap — Laravel developers deserved an AI integration that felt native, not like a wrapper around an SDK. I built Iris to prove AI companions could be beautiful, personal, and built on Laravel. Now I want to bring that vision inside Laravel itself, working directly with the team that sets the standard.
// experience_log
Architected and scaled geocoding infrastructure serving 1B+ monthly API requests. Pioneered AI-assisted development workflows with Claude Code, executed zero-downtime migration from MariaDB to ClickHouse.
Built Prism, the Laravel package for LLM integration that brings multi-provider AI to the ecosystem. Created Iris, an AI companion app showcasing what's possible when Laravel meets AI.
Directed multi-pharmacy application revamp migrating 100k+ users. Led platform authentication migration, CI/CD modernization saving $10k+/month, and served as key resource for architectural challenges.
Pioneering AI-augmented development using Claude Code, building advanced workflows that merge AI tooling with Laravel's ecosystem. Living in the future of how developers will work.

// the_vision
The SDK is just the beginning. Laravel is in a stronger position than Vercel — a full-stack framework, a hosting platform, and now AI primitives. Here's the bigger picture.
When developers use the SDK, they need to see what's happening — token usage, costs, latency, error rates, prompt performance. First-party observability and reporting built into the ecosystem. Not a third-party dashboard. Laravel Pulse for AI.
Laravel Cloud could offer its own inference layer — billing in one place, API keys auto-injected, zero config. Deploy your app and your AI in the same place. One bill. One platform. No juggling provider dashboards.
Vercel ships AI UI components and Laravel should too — chat interfaces, streaming responses, AI-powered forms, agent UIs. Drop-in components that work with Blade and Livewire out of the box. Ship an AI feature in minutes, not days.
Laravel has the best testing story in PHP. Extend it to AI — eval frameworks, prompt regression testing, output quality assertions. Nobody has made AI testing easy yet. Pest for AI.
Laravel already has queues, jobs, events, pipelines — the perfect primitives for multi-step agents. First-class support for agents that chain tools, make decisions, and run reliably in production. Build agents the Laravel way.
Vercel nailed AI for frontend. But Laravel owns the full stack — backend, queues, databases, hosting, deployment. That's a bigger surface area for AI integration. Not just catching up. Leapfrogging.
I built the SDK foundation. Laravel made it official. The next chapter is the whole platform.
